The Caravelle Resort has been one of the prime vacation destinations in Myrtle Beach because of the location and on-site activities. The 8 million dollar renovation on the hotel included granite counter tops in the bathroom and kitchen, brand new tile and carpet flooring, new vanity mirrors and brand new white crown molding. New beds with comforters, and sheets as well as matching window treatments were also added to the condos. Flat screen TVs and hand-painted murals gave the hotel the finishing touch. All of these renovations were completed in Spring 2006.
